Customer Care Representative (Customer Service)

DRIVE SALES, TAKE OPPORTUNITIES, DEVELOP TEAMS
We are looking for an Customer Care Representative, based in Hong Kong, to join the company and work with our Customer Care team. If you’re ambitious with desire to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment then that’ll help too!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle queries, requests, and complaints efficiently via all customer touchpoints, including hotline, email, and instant messaging on all digital platforms (including LUSH official website, Tmall Global Store, LINE, and any potential new platforms)
- Offer professional consultations on products and recommend the best options to customers according to their needs
- Work with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, retail, warehouse, product, etc, to pursue customer service excellence in line with company standard
- Actively collect customer feedback, share insightful ideas and findings with the team from time to time
- Actively manage and update all customer service-related documents for internal tracking
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned due to operational needs
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes
- Higher diploma or above, with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Be proactive and positive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word), must be a fast-Chinese typist
Working Hours and Location:
- 5 Day workweeks. Shift duties required, including weekends and public holidays. Special working hours may be required during peak seasons according to business needs
- Working schedule: Day Shift (9am - 6pm) / Night Shift (12noon to 9pm)
- Primary working location at Lai Chi Kok office. Occasional travel to other location (Tsuen Wan) is required
- Immediate availability is an advantage
