Salary: $850/daily
Responsibility:
-To assist in receving visiting groups, etc
-To moniter the visiting group ad to deliver museum service
-To arrange video-showing session or the visiting group in the Leisure Hall like escorting and conducting breifing sessions
-To deliver museum services like handling public enquiries, etc.
-To complies statistics and reports on guided tours and visitors,like handling public and pre-booked schedules
-To provide assistance in the operation of the guided Tour Service Counter, like
-To provide assistance to the education activities Sub-unit ,like arranging coach services, etc.
-To provide clerical support, like issuing receipts and confirmation letter, etc.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent or above with minimum 2-year working experience, major in History, Humanities, Culture Management, etc.
- 5 Subjects PASS in HKDSE/HKCEE
- At least 1 year working experience in CS/ Event Organization
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, Proficiency Mandarin is an advantage
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Word, PPT and Excel)
