Job Descriptions:
- Provide daily clerical support, including data entry, filings, invoice checking
- Validate PO & related documents in SAP for all stores
- Coordinate with stores sales departments, merchandising and Finance teams on all PO, Good Receiving and Invoicing docs related issues
- Assist Operation team to compile sales related reports on regular basis
- Perform as-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
-Diploma or above
-At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance and Admin
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proactive and passionate with “Can Do” attitude
-Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Good command of written English
-Computer proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
-Immediate availability is preferred

• 09:00-18:00,每天工作 9 小時 (已包括1小時用膳時間)
