Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient sales support to the sales team
- Responsible for the daily operation of Sales Department including preparing quotations, minutes, order arrangements, after-sales services, sales contracts, and other administrative support to the team.
- Collect payment from clients according to payment terms (Cash on delivery & Cheque payment) as indicated in the Sales Contract by means of telephone calls and email, and remind customers of any overdue payments;
- Issue sales invoices, delivery notes and statements to customers according to payment schedule;
- To assist in providing clerical support and reports timely.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients.
- Coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Perform document checking to ensure all trade transactions are in compliance with internal procedures & guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Other ad hoc duties as required by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or equivalent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese speaking) and Japanese.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
- Details-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
