Your responsibilities
- Identify, develop and drive new business opportunities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales target and grow the business
- Perform end-to-end sales activities from proposal to deal closing
- Review & analyse the market situation for new business development
- Run our pop-up store when needed to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your background
- Sales experience in skincare / cosmetics industry
- Experience in color cosmetics sector is a plus
- Good knowledge and network of customer base with the ability to pursue potential customers for business opportunities
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
