Responsibilities:
- Perform system daily health check and report to team manager
- Creation and modification of POS keys for Group and Hotel team
- Perform data entry for systems and general team administrative duties including paper and data filing
- Handle IT procurement process including but not limited to get quotation from vendors/suppliers and create PR and goods receive in eProcurement system
- Assist in setup computer for new employees
- Assist in inventory control of IT assets for hardware and software movement as well as disposal
- Coordinate and resolve the simple technical problems issued by internal end-users
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by team manager / BU head
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- With 1 year relevant experience in IT, food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology
- Familiar with PC skill and Microsoft software support
- Knowledge in Project Management will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, initiative and service-oriented
