Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls, greeting guests and arranging courier documents
- Responsible for general office administrative duties, including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years working experience in office reception
- Willing to learn, be punctual
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese & English
- General PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
