- Provide professional customer service to our members
- Handle the administration work at the Spa Reception independently
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Preferably with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience from hotel or spa environment; fresh graduates will be considered
- Good team player, presentable, customer service oriented and excellent telephone manner
- Interested in wellness and beauty
- Proficient in spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Flexible and willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
