Responsibilities:
- Handle computer warranty/maintenance service;
- Coordinate service order and arrange engineer on-site support;
- Act as a communication channel between client, technical support team and logistic team on service issues;
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls/ chats/ emails on CS issues;
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in customer services;
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office;
- Proactive, well-manner, self-motivated and service-oriented;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
