Responsibilities:
- Handle general hospitality procedures such as check in, check out, reservation duties and room change procedures in courteous manner
- Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate OR no relevant experience will also be considered
