Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts receivables and payables;
- Handle accounts payable & journal entries
- Perform general accounting duties such as data record, purchase invoices/statements handling
- Handle to process year end closing procedure
- Check procurement documents
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Cheque preparation and general clerical works
-communication with Auditor.
- AD hoc duties as required.
Requirements :
- LCCI / Diploma / degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
- At least 2-3 years relevant audit experience
- experience in NGO accounting are in advance but not essential
- Proficient in using accounting system software experience and MS Office;
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English required
Able to work for at least 2 full days (from 1030am to 0700pm) per week except public. holiday
