Responsibilities:
- Handling full set of accounts, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently
- Reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts against statement accounts
- In charge of daily accounting functions and payments handling and cash flow management
- Responsible for the cost control & analysis, to assist the management to establish overall plan and implementing measures, determine the various cost element;
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and schedules
- Handling the ordering system; Review and update inventory status to enhance cost efficiency
- Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Solid experience in food and beverage operations and financial accounting
- Diploma or above in Acc./ LCCI Level II or above
- Good human relationship and supervisory skill
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, hardworking; willing to take up responsibilities; able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS office with knowledge in accounting software and ordering system
