Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting related duties
- Assist in accounts receivable, payable and data entry
- Handle petty cash, prepare cheque, bank remittance
- Required to go to bank
- Maintain proper filing system
- Support office admin as required
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
- Work half day per day, or 2-3 days per week
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or above or LCCI Level 2;
- 1-2 years accounting experiences preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Proficiency in PC applications including Office 365, MS Excel, English & Chinese word processing
- Experience in MYOB accounting software is an advantage;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Proficiency in MS Excel;
- Self-motivated, responsible and attentive to details
