Work Period: 6 – 23 Jun 2024 (18 days)
Location: Central
Working hours: 08:30 – 20:30 (on shift, 6 - 10 hrs / shift, 1 hr paid meal break will be provided to at least 8 hrs' shift)
Hourly Rate: $90 – 100 / hr (depends on attendance and performance)
Requirements:
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Decent, presentable, enthusiastic and motivated
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Previous experiences of working in exhibition, shop operation, airline crew members or event industry will be an advantage.
• Attend briefing, training and rehearsal sessions (around 4 - 6 hours)
Duties:
• Daily set-up and dismantle, maintain tidiness of event area
• Increase customers satisfaction, assist check-in and out, provide customer service and handle complain in a professional manner
• Promote the event and assist in walk-in registration
• Workshop, event hosting
• Provide event-related information to management, staff, and customers
• Daily report to operation manager and work with internal and external parties
• Keep high attention to all operation details and make sure the operation flow runs smoothly
