Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day front desk duties such as general enquiry (phone/email), registration, check-in / check-out, etc.;
- Handle enquiry and complaints;
- Ensure and provide a professional guest arrival experience
- Maintain good relationships with in-house guests;
-Cooperate with the housekeeping and technical team for the rooms related issues, including rooms status, defect rooms and maintenance orders;
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good PC skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.);
- Fresh graduates will be considered;
- More experience will be considered as a senior officer
