Responsibilities
- Responsible for appointment bookings, billings and daily operational and clinical services with professional manner
- Deliver good customer service at medical care center to meet Company’s service standard
- Answer patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking in reception
- Handle patient registration and service management
- Ensure all reception, booking counter and waiting rooms are clean, tidy and hygienic
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- HKCEE or above with at least 1 year working experience in imaging centres or medical centres
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners
- Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must
- Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
