Responsibilities:
- Handle general reception duties including incoming phone calls, greeting external guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner
- Provide clerical and general office administrative support
- Data Entry and Bookkeeping
- Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required
Requirement
- F.5 or above
- Good manner and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Self-motivated & hard working and willing to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
