Work Location: DHL Central Asia Hub
Responsibilities:
As a Network Control Group Agent (Quality Control Centre) at DHL Central Asia Hub, you will report directly to the Network Control Group Supervisor. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with other DHL Hubs and Gateways to monitor real-time network and commercial flights, ensuring timely performance and coordination with Airlines and Ground Handling Agents. You will also support the implementation of contingency measures when necessary.
- Following established standards and protocols for pre-alerts, emails, and shipment monitoring tools within the DHL network.
- Liaising with local country Customer Services to trace and investigate service performance issues within the network.
This role demands strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a quality control environment. Requirements:
- Possession of a post-secondary education, with a diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in airport, airlines, express, international transportation, or freight forwarding
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Putonghua being preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with good English and Chinese typing skills
- Availability and willingness to work on 24-hour shift schedules, which may include overnight and weekend shifts
- Candidates with a university degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, even with less working experience will also be considered
