To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:
Responsibilities︰
• Manage the restaurant's daily operations, and supervise employees to ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service meet the standards.
• Staffing Management, including recruitment, roster arrangement, and training employees to meet the company's requirements.
• Controlling and managing daily operations costing.
• Lead the staff in the restaurant to provide high-quality customer service, including handling customer complaints and requirements.
職責︰
• 管理餐廳日常營運，監督員工確保食物品質、環境清潔及服務符合標準
• 人員管理，包括招聘、人力編排及培訓等
• 控制及管理各項成本
• 帶領員工提供優質顧客服務，處理客戶投訴和問題
Requirement ︰
• Tertiary educated or above with 5 - 8 years of experience in catering industry management.
• Form 5 level or above.
• Experience in hotel / clubhouse / airline / fine dining is highly preferable.
• Leadership, people management & coaching skills.
• Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Good command in spoken English and Cantonese.
• Computer knowledgeable.
要求︰
• 對餐飲業有熱誠， 5 - 8年以上餐飲業管理經驗
• 中五程度或以上學歷
• 酒店/會所/航空公司/餐飲經驗者優先
• 具領導能力, 、善於溝通
• 具應變及解決問題能力
• 良好的英語和粵語能力
• 良好電腦操作
Working Hours:
6 days a week, 9 hours work (on shift)
工作時間:
每週6天, 9小時工作 (輪班輪休)
