Position Summary:
- Warehouse Assistant is responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, storage, outbound, return and stock taking.
- 倉務助理負責日常倉務、包括: 出/入貨物記錄 / 交收程序、存倉、退貨及盤點。
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for goods receiving and verifying that they are undamaged and update system transaction in a timely manner
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Counting and confirming inventory
- Performing daily orders picking, stacking, and packing
- Maintain accurate record of all incoming and outgoing goods in system and proper documentation
- Organizing warehouse goods and stacking them on shelves and racks
- Preparing goods for delivery or shipping by packaging and labeling them accordingly
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 負責收發貨物、檢查有否損壞及點算數量、按時更新電腦系統 (包括條碼掃描器)
- 確保倉內外整齊清潔、工作環境安全
- 確保存倉妥當準確、盤點貨物，核對倉存數量
- 處理搬貨、執貨、執倉、包裝等工作
- 負責保存倉庫內貨物的進出記錄及文件處理，確保存貨量準確
- 貨物有條理地擺放整齊及上架、貨物來往井然有序
- 依據出貨要求、貼標籤、包裝等預備工作
- 處理由上司委派之其他任務
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding, warehouse or logistics operation
- 最少兩年相關經驗– 貨倉或物流行業
Education:
Skills:
- Proven experience and understanding of warehouse operation
- Forklift license is preferable
- Sound knowledge of warehouse inventory management software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and simple English
- Stable, reliable, independent, teamwork, detail-minded
- 需要有倉庫經驗及了解其運作
- 伸展型叉式起重車 (企剷) 牌優先
- 有倉庫管理系統知識或經驗
- 良好溝通及人際關係
- 良好粵語、一般英語理解、懂中英文電腦打字
- 具獨立處理工作能力、誠實可靠、穩定、仔細、有責任感、具團隊合作精神

- Immediate Available is highly preferable
- Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Warehouse Assistant.
