- Form 5 or above with LCCI 2nd level
- 2 years working experience in accounting and admin
- Perform daily accounting duties
- Handle invoicing, AP, AR, vouchers, general entry and filing
- Monthly closing, such as bank reconciliation, preparing schedules for cheque transactions, petty cash
- Handle general office administration duties, phone calls, mailing and courier, staff payroll, MPF, medical claims etc. and other ad hoc duties as assigned
