Key responsibilities:
· To perform pre-alert processing and charges calculation.
· To notify customers for shipment arrival.
· To maintain document filing, data entry on company or customer system.
· To prepare reports on time and accurate.
· To perform data entry and shipments follow-up.
· To lodge import declaration to the trade department.
· To answer general telephone enquiries.
· To take up additional tasks as required to meet the team manager/supervisor request
Requirement :
· Degree or above education
· Smart
· With 2– 5 years of experience in order processing will be an advantage
· Good command of both English and Chinese Languages
Salary :
· $17000-$18000
Time and Location :
· Hong Kong Airport
· Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
· Five days work
