Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in all matters related including sales administration
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Issue confirmation, quotation and event orders for sales team
- Communicate with business partners
- Issue PR and inventory control
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant experience in Hotel industry
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferable
- Well verse with MS office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
