Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in all matters related including sales administration
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Issue confirmation, quotation and event orders for sales team
  • Communicate with business partners
  • Issue PR and inventory control

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant experience in Hotel industry
  • Knowledge of Opera system is preferable
  • Well verse with MS office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
