HR and Admin Clerk / Assistant

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for general duties of Human Resources & provide a full range of administrative support
  • Assist in recruitment & selection process, interview coordination, on/off boarding
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc duties as assigned 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • DSE / Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • 1 -2  years of relevant experience required 
  • A team player with high initiative, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good Command in spoken / written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant

Working Location: Kwai Chung / Chek Lap Kok
