Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
- Complete customer requests via non-call channels including fax, email and other systems within designated time frame.
- Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
- Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
Requirements :
- DSE or Diploma in business discipline
- Minimum 1 - 2 years related customer service experience
- Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in CALL CENTRE is preferred
Working Time:
- 5 days per week, required to work on a roster schedule
