The Job
You will
- work at The Racing Club's dining venues, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses on racedays and non-racedays, including Public Holidays
- provide quality and efficient customer services to members
- handle table reservation, escorting services to members
- answer The Racing Club hotline and resolve members’ enquiries in professional manner
- provide administrative support for the team
About You
You should have
- minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSE / HKCEE
- good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
- customer-centric and details orientated
- professional manner on handling confidential information
- hands-on experience of MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
Terms of Employment
Pay-rate: HK$89 per hour
Working Schedule: 9:30am-10:00pm (4-8 hours per day / 2-3 days per week)
*Actual working hours would depend on operational needs.
