- Support in approval on receipt approval and point rewards on Loyalty Program system
- Assist in the team’s administration work and reimbursement work in a timely manner
- Assist the team on regular reports generation via system for internal or tenant's use
- Communicate with tenants on reimbursement issues when necessary
- Support the team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
HKDSE or above with experience in clerical work and backend system of loyalty program as an advantage
Systematic, detailed-minded and able to manage various reports
Can support shift duties of at least 2-3 days a week is preferable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written
English and Chinese word processing as well as Microsoft Office
