Job Duties:
· Handle full set of accounts, prepare accounts reconciliation, month-end closing, cash flow forecast, financial statements and management reports
· Take care of inventory system and database, conduct data entry
· Make recommendations on management reports and financial analysis
· Prepare corporate tax yearly filing return and liaise with external auditors on annual audit, financial reporting, tax filing
· Review and formulate proper accounting policies and procedures, and ensure all processes comply with legal & professional requirements
· Provide timely and accurate financial information to support company business works & developments
· Perform ad-hoc projects and reports as assigned
Requirements:
· Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines
· Minimum 5 years practical experience in accounting of trading and commercial services industry
· CPA with the membership of ACCA / HKICPA or other equivalent professional qualification preferred
· Practical knowledge & skills in ACCPAC and Daceasy
· Proficient in Excel formula & analytical tools
· Good command of English and Chinese language
· Meticulous, analytical mind, accountable, and strong sense of urgency
· Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
· Immediate available or short notice preferred
