- Manage quotation and inquiries within a specified timeframe
- Issue purchase orders and sample cards for clients' approval when necessary
- Manage the full cycle of ordering samples and set up an account-related information into the system
- Record material composition (EUTR/FSC/GRS) for database consolidation
- Arrange laboratory tests with external providers and perform internal testing in accordance with the product compliance scope
- Assist for renewing certificates on a timely basis
- Assist get details of complaints of bulk orders and seek solutions
