Cross check documents if any missing and save in PC for colleagues’ meetings

Record management, such as retrieve and save files

Checking incoming emails without missing and forward to different internal parties

Detail-minded & good working attitude
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$21,500
- Working location: North Point
- 5-day work
- 9-month contract from early May 2024
