The Sales Associate represents the Company towards the customer. He/she is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this professionalism in promoting the corporate image, in the Store's turnover as well as in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Sell shirts and accessories in accordance with the stores objectives and achieve daily sales goals
- Deliver exceptional shopping experience for every customer to exceed their expectations and ensure our standards of service are consistently executed at all times
- Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating professional sales techniques
- Respond to customer requests including after-sales service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including daily inventory counts
- Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping
- Participate in training regularly to remain fluent in product knowledge and selling strategy
- Assist with in-store events
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in high-end fashion industry
- Pleasant, presentable, energetic and results driven
- Service-oriented and a good team player
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
