What You’ll Do
Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Organizing and maintaining documents, records, and files.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct data entry tasks across various platforms with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage online and in-person bank transactions, including bill payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Act as a liaison with government offices for document processing.
- Run office errands on an as-needed basis, such as purchasing office supplies, making deliveries, and handling miscellaneous tasks to support daily operations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and documents.
- lCollaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.
What are we looking for:
- Relevant experience in office administration, data entry, or related roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
