Our client is a Japanese company. They are looking for a Part Time HR & Admin Assistant to support their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR, Accounting support and general administrative operation
- Handle daily accounting work (payroll, insurance, MPF etc,.)
- Visa application (if any)
- Daily paperwork, filing, data entry etc. to support smooth operation
- Support and assist ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficient in written Chinese and English
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test: Level N2 or above is preferrable but NOT a must
- Proactive, self-motivated, attention to details and result oriented is highly expected
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Have a positive, can-do attitude approach to all aspects of the role
Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Work Pattern: 9:00-18:00 (1-2 days per week, Monday to Friday)
