Job Responsibilities:
•Provide general clerical supports including regular data updates, invoice, prepare quotation, files scanning, filling etc.
•Ensures accurate information is being captured in system and processes all necessary documents
•Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
Job Requirements:
•DSE/F.5 or above
•Fast and accurate typing (including Chinese word processing)
•Flexible working schedule, able to work at least 24 hours per week
•Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
