Job Duties:
- Evaluate and assess the functional needs of each resident (ICP), develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation of progress
- Provide tailored interventions aimed at enhancing resident's cognitive, motor, and sensory skills, promoting optimal performance, and engagement in daily activities
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team of caregiving staff, medical professionals, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to the residents' care
Job Requirement:
