工作職責:
• 處理基本日常會計及文書，包括日常記賬、數據輸入和文件歸檔；
• "協助"準備每月及年度財務報告；
• 計算工資和強積金；
• 協助處理一般運輸文件和會計工作；
• 與司機及合作伙伴(例如自提點)保持緊密合作及溝通；
• 處理牌照以及合同更新；
• 提供行政支援；
• 完成臨時安排的職務。
工作要求:
1. 具會計或相關學科的學位/副學士學位/高級文憑學歷者優先；
2. 具基本會計知識；
3. 至少1年運輸/物流/交通/會計領域的工作經驗者優先；
4. 精通 MS Office 應用程式；
5. 能夠獨立工作，責任心強；
6. 能有效地及有效率地組織及安排工作。
工作地區: 新界火炭坳背灣街
Job Description:
• Provide daily accounting and clerical support, including daily bookkeeping, data entry and document filing;
• "Assist" in preparation of monthly and yearly financial report;
• Handle payroll calculation and MPF;
• Assist in general shipping documents and accounting work;
• Collaborate and communicate with drivers and our partners like self pick-up point;
• Arrange licenses and contracts renewal;
• Provide administration & secretarial supports;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Degree / associate degree / high diploma in Accounting or related disciplines is preferrable;
2. Good knowledge of accounting principles;
3. At least 1 year work experience in Shipping/ Logistics/Accounting/Transportation field is preferrable;
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications;
5. Willing to roll-up your sleeves ;
6. Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility.
7. Able to orginaize and arrange tasks effectively and efficiently.
