Job Duties:
· Provide administrative and clerical support to the Office & Production Department in various areas, including finance, human resources, event coordination and general office administration;
· Respond to data enquiries from internal and external
· To maintain record management system and database ensuring information is well organised and easily accessible; and
· To perform any other necessary duties as assigned by the Seniors.
Requirements:
· Hold a Bachelor's degree or above
· Proactive and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being advantageous
· Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office, Adobe DC, and Chinese word processing
· Familiar with Printing & Publishing service
