Job Description
• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Arrange delivery schedule and communicate with customer for the delivery arrangement.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for the daily logistics operation.
• Identify and assess the needs of customer to ensure they are satisfied.
• Provide the appropriate solutions for the customers including but not limited to the warranty renewal, trade-in programs, etc.
• Arrange the technical team for the outdoor working schedule.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
• Customer-oriented, patient, proactive and responsible.
