Front Desk Customer Service 前台客戶服務員(中環區高級辦公大樓)
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and efficient information and reception desk services to our tenants and visitors
- Handling inquiries and complaints, making bookings, confirming reservations, problems solving and to provide the necessary follow-up to ensure tenant and visitor satisfaction
Requirements:
- DSE graduate, diploma or above in customer service, hospitality management or related field is an advantage
- Guest services experience is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, proactive, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated
- Good spoken and written in Cantonese, Putunghua and English is a definite plus
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Shift work is required but not over the night 0700-2300 (9 hours)
