主要職責
Responsibilities
· 為旅客辦理登機手續及提供接待服務
Provide efficient and courteous check-in services to passengers in order to achieve on time flight departure
· 在客運大樓,香港或九龍機場快線站以及海天客運碼頭辦理登機手續
Handle passengers at boarding and arrival gates efficiently
· 在服務櫃檯解答查詢
Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk.
· 在登機及抵港閘口為旅客提供服務
Assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter.
· 在辦理登機手續櫃檯、登機閘口和轉機櫃檯進行人流管理
Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk.
· 在智能登記櫃檯及自助行李託運設施協助旅客辦理登機手續
To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter.
入職要求
Requirements
· 香港中學會考 /文憑考試或同等學歷
HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
· 有良好的溝通技巧包括英語,廣東話及普通話
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
· 良好客戶服務和溝通技巧
With good communication skills and customer-oriented
