Customer Success Specialist
What you will be deliver
- Provide excellent key account servicing, including but not limited to customer account profile, account service strategy and service improvement plan for improving the overall service quality and customer’s operational efficiency
- Act as the primary contact point of the assigned customers
- Handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence
- Ensure service performance, proactively manage service quality and formulate service recovery plans, involving other operational functions as appropriate
- Establish customer experience transparency with Business team to ensure associated internal stakeholders are at all times kept updated on significant service delivery management
- Work with different functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute on strategic and tactical initiatives
Who you are
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in account management or customer service related
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature thinking, energetic, analytical, attention to detail, well organized
- Take initiative toward problems and willing to take new challenges
- Good knowledge of standard Software applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered for a senior role
- Immediately available is highly preferred

- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
