Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for maintaining customer’s satisfaction and SLA;
- Identify fault and analyze the service problems;
- Provide pre-sales and/or after sales support to customers;
- Prepare reports and documents on operations and maintenance;
- Provide the training to internal and external customers;
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required
Job Requirement:
- VTC Graduate / DSE or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services
- provide It Tier-1 support services for client
- Able to provide good customer service & good communication skil
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows and networking
- Hardworking, Mature, Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit
- Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered
