Responsibilities
Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients.
Manage the whole selling process including closing deals, contract signing and settlement issues etc
Enhance customer experience through professional agency services.
Attend company marketing events
Make contributions to overall sales strategy
Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives
Other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
Requirements
Diploma or above
Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking and Good Social Communication Skills
Have a year of Japanese property sales experience or Japanese Speaker
EAA license is not required
