Job Description
Accounts Receivables:
communicating with inter-departments & outsider customers
issuing statements; arrange for settlement collections and clearing;
preparing aging reports and settlement vouchers.
Other functions:
cost billings checking and booking
prepare periodic reports
prepare scan filings
assist in other ad-hoc jobs
Requirements:
Immediate available is highly preferred
1 year or above working experience
Good MS office applications, formulating in excel
preferable in freight forwarder industry
