Job Duties
- Conduct regular outbound calls to promote exhibitions, online marketplace and other products
- Handle enquiries from customers
- Conduct calling exercises and render after-sales services
- Collect and convey customers’ feedback to internal teams
- Manage and update customer database
- Provide account management and consultancy services to customers
- Conduct and monitor the fulfilment of service offerings to customers, provide troubleshooting assistance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure advertising items are delivered timely and of good quality
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Assist in report preparation and data analysis for management review
- Undertake onsite duties during trade and public fairs
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Post-secondary/ University graduate
- 1 year working experience in sales administration, telemarketing, sales and marketing or event management
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people
- Flexible and a good team player
- Good customer service attitude and telephone manner
