Our client is a professional firm providing Investor Services for their clients and they are now looking for a batch of candidates to support their expanding business on post-AGM/IPO services.

Responsibilities
Provide general clerical and admin support to the team
Responsible for data entry into the company system and preparing relevant documents
Greet guests in a professional manner during client events (peak seasons only)
Handle corporate action assignments of listed companies
Support AGM (Annual General Meeting) and IPO projects as assigned by senior staff
Requirement
High Diploma or above
Proficiency in English and Cantonese
Competency in MS Office application
With at least 1 year of working experience is an advantage
Immediate available or short notice is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome
Job Offer
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Ngau Tau Kok decent office (5 minutes to MTR station)
Salary: HKD 15,000 - 18,000 (depends on experience)
