Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and execute various member engagement events, rewards or promotional campaigns to offer excellent O2O experience via effective segmentation and customized communication journeys.
• Develop email marketing content, provide personalized offer to VIP members, and track the campaign effectiveness after promotion end.
• Work closely with IT, Business Units, Store Operations and Customer Service to ensure the smoothness of Loyalty member program.
• Take part in the New Store development and work close with Apple HK team.
• Manage the implementation of CRM system, EDM tools, and monitor the respective operational performance
• Prepare customer communication materials, and handle loyalty program related customer cases.
• Liaison with Retail / online store to deliver CRM campaigns and system project.
• Leaded all social influencer programs for potential organic cooperation’s.
Requirements:
• degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Language or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM/ loyalty program management
• Strong project management skill with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various CRM initiatives
• Experience in Loyalty Platform/ System Migration is preferable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
