Responsibilities :-
- To provide efficient, accurate and responsive secretarial and administrative support to the team
- To handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
- To assist to coordinate meetings and meeting room bookings/arrangements
- To maintain up-to-date inventory records and prepare routine data reports and expenses claims
- To organize and maintain files and databases systematically
- To participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned
- To promote and execute maintenance service scheme
- To ensure customer queries and complaints are quickly and effectively resolved
- To analyze data and benchmark for all marketing activities and provide recommendations for future improvement
- To organize, monitor and handle promotion activities related to brand products
Requirements :-
- Degree or above in any discipline, preferably in business administration
- Proficiency in PC applications especially Microsoft office
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication skill, organizational skill and customer oriented
- Pleasant personality, initiative and a good team player
- Occasionally work on events over weekends
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
