Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents including customs declaration.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse team and 3PL to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled on schedule.
- Arrange local delivery
- Handle customer enquiries and correspondence
- Provide clerical support such as data input and filing
- Assist in logistic operations including warehouse stock taking
- Preparing order and shipment reports to supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 4-5 years related experience
- Good knowledge in SAP
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
- Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Word, Excel, office
- Immediate available is highly preferred
