Key Responsibilities :
- Assist manager & team in handling clerical duties
- Provide general administrative and marketing support to team
- Handle daily office routine works and back up to team members and perform receptionist duties if necessary
- Carry out and ad hoc projects and tasks given
Requirements :
- F.5 or above qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Admin/Secretary or related subject
- Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office, Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
